How do I set the clocks on EarthClock?
Click on* one of the seven clocks buttons near the top of the screen. The cursor will now include an image of a clock. Next click on the dot of the city you want to display on the clock.
In the example I clicked on* the first clock, then clicked on the dot for Seattle. The first clock is now labeled Seattle. 

How do I enlarge the screen?

How can I find the time at a location?
Move your cursor to the city time you want.
I moved the cursor to Hong Kong, at the bottom of the screen I see the location latitude, the date in Hong Kong, and the time, see right.

How do I select the cities on the globe?
Click on File, on the tool bar, then go to select cities. Clicking on a city will highlight (add blue) the city or remove highlight, see right. All highlighted cities will be displayed on map.

To reduce view to a continent click on one of the continent buttons, see right

Time is not correct
If the time in the program is not correct check to see if your computer is set to the correct time zone. To check click on the time on your desktop or press start button, lower left corner, then go to settings, control panel, click on time/date.

International daylight savings time notes

Daylight Saving Time is achieved by advancing the clock one hour.
United States: Runs from at 2 AM on the first Sunday in April and ends at 2 AM on the last Sunday in October. Areas which do not observe daylight savings time are: Arizona, Hawaii, the eastern time zone portion of Indiana, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

Canada: Runs from the first Sunday of April until the last Sunday of October. Areas which do not observe daylight savings time are: Saskatchewan

Mexico: Is the same as Canada, see above.

Member nations of the European Union (EU) runs from the last Sunday of March until the last Sunday in October.

Russia runs from the 4th Sunday in March until the 4th Sunday in September.

China which extends across 5 time zones, has decreed that the entire country be placed on Greenwich Time plus 8 hours.

Australian time zones
Adelaide runs from the last Sunday Oct. until the last Sunday Mar.
Hobart runs from the first Sunday Oct. until the last Sunday Mar.
Sydney runs from the last Sunday Oct. until the last Sunday Mar.
Melbourne runs from the last Sunday Oct. until the last Sunday Mar.
Canberra runs from the last Sunday Oct. until the last Sunday Mar.

Using your mouse move the cursor on the computer screen to where you need to click. Then press your mouse button. 

Click and drag*. Repeat above except keep your mouse button pressed while you move the cursor on your computer screen
